Pours ebony with a 1/2" tan head, which slowly fades. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is cocoa, mint, caramel, vanilla, roast malt.
Taste is mint and chocolate right off. Also, caramel, vanilla, roast malt.
Full bodied, light carbonation. Thick & creamy. Oily, semisweet finish.
An interesting take on a stout. Would go good with bourbon.

A: The beer is jet black when viewed from afar but when held up to a bright light the edges of the glass are dark reddish brown in color. It poured with a short beige head that left a narrow collar of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of mint and chocolate are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and tastes a lot like an after dinner chocolate mint, except that there are some additional hints of lactose.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is incredibly aromatic and flavorful given its low alcohol content.
Serving type: can

16oz can. Poured out an opaque, jet-black color with a small, light brown head of foam. It left sudsy traces of lace on the glass. It smelled like an after dinner mint from Olive Garden. Tasted of sweet chocolate, strong peppermint notes. Almost no bitterness.
