One beer, experimentally brewed with four strains of yeast. Blending brewing practices with scientific research, PLIABLE PROCESS is an ongoing, collaborative and experimental brewing series we’re extremely amped about.
002-03 was brewed with American Pilsner (OYL-102) yeast, thought to be from the most popular beer in America. Mild, neutral, smooth lager strain, dry and clean with good malt and very slight apple characteristics.

16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden yellow color with a small, off-white head of fluffy foam. It left thin rings of lace on the glass. It smelled of toasted bread, crackers, citrus and floral notes. Tasted sweet with caramel, toasted bread and a subtle citrusy bitterness.
