16oz can from Tavour. Near black pour, small fading beige head. Light cinnamon aroma. Cinnamon stronger in the taste, nutmeg, allspice. Pumpkin and vanilla too subdued to make an impression.

Black in color with some light seeping through. There’s a wisp of brown around a quarter of the rim. The aroma is of nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, cinnamon, and dark malt. I’m tasting cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and pumpkin. Somehow it’s not overwhelmingly spiced or sweet. The mouth is fairly smooth and inviting. They nailed this.

Pour is nice and dark with hints ruby around the edges and bottom of the glass. Creamy tan head initially a finger and a half slowly settling into the beer. Small amount of nice tan lacing on the glass.
Smells of pumpkin and nutmeg and chocolate are heavy on the nose. Almost a sweet and creamy scent. Wondering if it has lactose?
Taste is nice. Now picking up on the cinnamon. Adds just a touch of spice to the flavor. Taste is like someone swirled some melted chocolate into a pumpkin pie base before before baking it. Getting the nutmeg and other "pie" spices as well. Taste is not to far over on the sweetness.
Mouth feel is kind of odd. Seems a bit light. Guess that is the session part. With a stout it just seems light. There is just a bit of a slick finish and there is an interesting cinnamon tingle on the finish.
A very pleasant beer. I really enjoy the tastes that are incorporated into the beer The look and the nose are both really nice. The mouth feel is a bit odd. I have had some porters with a bit more of a body. I really am happy this was in a 16 oz. can because there is more to take in. The taste really is nice and I like that playful tingle of the cinnamon. Cheers to the brewers at Main & MIll for putting out a very good product!

16oz can. Poured out an opaque, jet-black color with a very small, light brown head of foam. It left minimal lacing on the glass. It smelled of cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, pumpkin and chocolate notes. Sweet pumpkin and chocolate taste with pie-like spices.
