This 12.2% Imperial Stout was aged in a blend of Blanton's and Willett Bourbon barrels for 16 months with Ghanaian cacao nibs and marshmallows, resulting in a silky smooth, rich bodied stout with strong dark chocolate, marshmallows, light vanilla, and brown sugar with balanced barrel notes of vanilla, bourbon, light espresso, and oak.
We spent a ton of time in our barrel room, tasting barrels in search of a barrel blend that naturally compliments dark chocolate and vanilla, giving a base that we worked to amplify rather than overwhelm.

This is excellent. Has aged perfectly. Good marshmallow and vanilla flavor, not too sweet, slight barrel oak, chocolatey and slightly boozy finish with a dense palate.
