No date on this 16 oz. can, but it's local and the place I got it from advertised it on their Facebook in the last week or two so I reckon it's about as fresh as it gets. Pale ale with CTZ, centennial, simcoe & el dorado hops, per the label. Also, my can reads 5.7% ABV. Anyway...

Pours a pretty clear light honey with creamy eggshell white foam. We got hop aromas jumping outta the glass too. Off to a good start. Getting tropical notes along with the usual pine and citrus that centennial usually brings to the table. There's some malt stankin' up the background, too. Smells pretty nice; nothing earth-bending, but real pleasant. Taste follows, but man is it muted. Getting more pine than anything, though there's some pineapple as well. It's nice enough, there's just not a whole lot there. Thin-bodied with a mild carbonation that actually suits the beer really well. This is ultimately a perfectly fine, inoffensive IPA, but at $13/4-pack, it's not likely to be a repeat purchase.
