Having this beer on-tap at the brewery. This beer draws a clear, lightbgolden color with a fluffy white head that's over an inch thick when first drawn and served that settles eventually to a thick ring lining the inside of the glass along w/ a big cluster swirls of film layer surface foam and good lacing. Aromas of some bready, biscuity malts along w/ some citrus and floral hop notes. Flavors of very lightly toasted, bready, biscuity malts followed by a bit of an herbal, floral and citrus hop bitterness. Spot of for the style tastewise. Has a crisp, also somewhat smooth, medium to full bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean, slightly dry finish. A very solid beer here indeed!
