Having beer after the brewery. Serve in a pint glass, this beer draws a pale, medium golden color with a nice white head that’s about 2/3 of an inch thick when first drawn and served. Eventually settles to a thick ring the inside of the glass at the beer’s surface along with some nice, big swirls of film layer surface foam. Decent lacing. Aromas of some breaded malts and some earthy, floral hop notes. A similar flavor profile, with bready malts, a bit of sweetness, and some floral, earthy, slightly spicy hop bitterness. A well balanced flavor profile. Has a crisp, also smooth, medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a fairly dry finish, and all of the flavors linger nicely in the aftertaste. A good beer here.
