Pours golden with a big two finger head. Light lacing. This is a very crushable. Nice candy flavor, light mouth feel more of an American Belgian. Another great offering from sand city.

now I've been accused of being a Homer and admittedly so, I LOVE sand city. I honestly think they are making some of the best IPAs in the country (hence the world) at the moment...and whilst I enjoy their forays into other styles...let's face it, IPAs and BA stouts are the tits and ass of the beer community. So a Belgian blonde? cans of this will probably last a month, but mistakenly so as anyone who has tried handsome maniac knows sand city can ball hard with the Belgian classics. that said this is definitely an American take, heavy in sweetness and missing the creamy mouthful of the true classics, but this brew sings w a candied bubblegum clove. almost like dessert. very pleased with this offering. I beg sand city to continue to experiment beyond the tits and ass....but never forget them...as if that's possible.
for the out of towners, this is worth asking your local trade partner for a can or more likely 2 since you'll try it thinking its some bullsh.t and say damn I wish I had another to share with my buddies.l, so ask for 2 (at least).
