Canned 03/16/18, it pours hazy gold color with a 2 finger white foamy head that faded slowly and left very good spotty lacing.
Smells of floral hops, orange peel, graham cracker, lemon zest, light caramel, tea leaf, earthy notes and a malty sweetness. Well balanced and a solid smelling IPA.
Tastes like it smells with orange peel, lemon zest, grapefruit, toasted grains, biscuit, graham cracker, tea leaf, coriander, peppery spices, dry floral hops and earthy notes. Has a semi-dry feel with mild carbonation, leafy accents as it warms and floral spices that come off as piney at the same time. Very well balanced and easy drinking, a fine beer for an excellent cause - well done Sand City.
