On tap at Sand City in Northport.
Pours a hazy yellow with fine, soft foam.
Smell is VERY dank, straight up weed. Behind the ganja are some notes of grapefruit, grass and passionfruit.
Taste puts the weed on the backburner and lets the tropical fruits shine instead. Strong notes of sweet mango, grapefruit and grass along with a solid, but balanced bitterness ith nice burn. No booze whatsoever.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and pillowy, with nice carbonation.
Overall, a great DIPA once you get past the chronic.

Pours a cloudy golden color with a one inch fluffy white head that left beautiful lacing all the way down the glass. On the nose I cannot get past the smell of cannabis, with pine in the background. Fortunately there is no cannabis in the taste. Tastes of orange, orange peel, cantaloupe, pine, pineapple, a bit of pepper, crackery malts and floral notes. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation, somewhat bitter finish with a dry mouth feel.

Biased as I love any AIRPLANE reference.
First off, The look was kinda lacy, a few clouds of foam hung onto the rim of the glass. But you have to LOVE the can art. Simple but love their art.
piney and dank nose.
Tasty with a dry finish. A bit of an alcohol burn but no bitterness at the end.
UPDATE: down to the last 2 fingers and it gets better....

Canned 03/21/18, Surely you can't be serious...another Sand City NE style IPA? Yep, and it's cloudy orange color with a 2 finger thick white colored head that was packed with tiny bubbles that faded very slowly and left outstanding foamy rings coating the sides and a thick layer on top. Love the name and the simplicity of the can design.
Smells of pineapple, lemon zest, tangerine, orange peel, grapefruit juice, coriander, piney hops, light peppery spices, biscuit, graham cracker, brown sugar, tangerine, buttery bread or a burnt cinnamon bun, yet still very dank and juicy. Really nice balance with citrus hops and tropical fruit supported by a nice malty backbone.
Tastes like it smells with tangerine, orange peel, grapefruit, pineapple, lemon, melon, floral hops, tea leaf, coriander, faint piney hops, light peppery spices, graham cracker, brown sugar, biscuit, roasted grains, wheat or dry yeast, guava and a malty sweetness that mixes well with the citrus flavors.
Mouthfeel is creamy and buttery smooth with mild carbonation, a medium level of bitterness and a nice sweet finish that trails off like apple pie crust and wet citrus hops. The combo of Galaxy, Equinox and Mosaic hops brings nice complexities and a bunch of tropical fruit flavors. Fresh and perfect for drinking right now, another winner from Sand City that is easier to drink than it should be for an 8.7% ABV beer.
