On tap at the brewery, it’s cloudy yellow color with a small foamy off white head that faded in average time and left minimal spotty lacing. Not as impressive looking as the other Oops! series brews, but it may have been the bartender's pour.
Smells and tastes like a fruity grapefruit driven IPA that has the nice mix of sweetness from the malts mixed with the guava, orange peel, clementine, lemon zest and citrus fruit. Like all Oops! beers it’s smooth and easy to drink . Carbonation was near perfect and the bitterness was mild for an IPA.
