Had it on tap at the brewery and this was crisp, zesty and extremely easy to drink. Typical Sand City IPA looks with that hazy yellow color and a nice off white head that faded slowly and left nice lacing. Good citrus flavor and aroma with grapefruit, orange peel and lemon zest mixing with a malty backbone that resembled biscuit. I suspect it's a session IPA or perhaps Sand City just conditioned me to expecting strong, super hoppy brews. Either way this is a tasty treat that honors a true American hero.
