Served in a goblet at the brewery from tap.

Appearance: ridiculously hazy IPA with a gold color coming off opaque with a white head.

Smell: Malty aroma which hovers the nose like green to a leaf. Sticky but more like a hard Hi and Bye.

Taste: bitter like biting into the hops itself. Has a mellow sweetness to it which resembles a west coast IPA but with a light booziness to the beer.

Mouth: Soft carbonation. Sticky body with a citrus sweet finish to the beer.

Overall: Had it a few months ago and today forgot to review it. A gem worth grabbing if it crosses your eyes. Salud!

Bright canary gold that would make a 49er blush. Bubbly white head. Mango-black tea aroma with lemon on the saucer. Peachy-lime...Dublin mule. Splash of cherry and pineapple...limited sweetness. Danky, dirty, greeness in the middle and equal malt presence...papaya. It doesn't venture into WC realm with caramel/pine, but an aggressive grapefruit resin is great compensation. A pleasant drinking experience, but I don't know if I could drink back- to-back. Slight graininess in the feel, med full with occasionally strong residual sweetness.

Can from Sprayberry Bottle Shop, March 2020

Heavy mango on this one, super sweet nose; hidden underneath the mouth rush of uber ripe fruit is a slight tinge of dank/funk -the best part of the beer- and it stays on the pallet through the finish.

Three little birds is a good beer but not great, and it's also not what it seems to be at first (ie Double POG type NEIPA).

Appearance - Pours opaque dull yellowish color with a huge white head, excellent retention. Spotty lacing all around the glass.

Aroma - Lots of pineapple, mango, fresh hops, dank. Sweet topical nose.

Taste - Taste perfectly matches the nose, big sweet tropical mango and pineapple, grapefruit mostly sweet flavors with a hint of bitterness.

Feel - Really creamy chewy feel, nice dry finish i cannot believe this is 10.2%.

Overall - Excellent all the way around nose is amazing the flavors ful of rich overly ripe tropical fruit with a hint of bitterness. Perfect feel.

L - finger and a half of dense offwhite head, atop an incredibly murky yellow body.

S - super tropical. Pineapple, mango, vanilla?, grapefruit.

T - starts with pineapple, followed by sweet peach, grapefruit, and lime zest. Rather dirty, bitter middle, but very little perceivable alcohol. Moderate bitterness. Low sweetness. Low booziness.

F - medium-full body with appropriate carb.

O - love how the booze is masked by the hops rather than residual/added sugar.

You can tell at first sight that this is a winner. High ABV but nicely hidden. The hop combo is ridiculous! Galaxy, Citra and Vic Secret!!

A rather murky vanilla color with orange highlights on the pour. A light an crisp nose with citrus fruit. Nicely hop forward on the initial few sips. Lots of tangy, plush, and citrus hop notes. Notes of plum, peach, grapefruit, orange, and lime. A moderate mouth feel that drinks very juicy. Rather smooth and drinkable for the high abv. A slight off-tasting wet-bag flavor on the finish the more I consume. Nothing totally off-putting but noticeable.

Overall, good but just shy of great.
