From appearance to malt presentation has a festbier vibe with an assertive hop presence. Med-dark golden and hazy hue. Rocky, white head, very good retention. Very little actual sweetness in the aroma, doughiness is forefront borderline crackery malt presentation; cereal grain; freshly baked peasant bread. A toastier, hoppier pils. Coriander spice dryness, light florality, toasted dough. Crackery and somewhat dry finish. Moderate carbonation, more than a little crispy.
