Pours opaque orange color with a 2 finger thick foamy white head that was packed with bubbles, dissipating very slowly and leaving really good lacing. Smells of tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, grapefruit, mango or guava, caramel, floral notes, faint peppery spices and more citrus as it trails. Nice well balanced nose that’s mostly citrus based.
Tastes of tangerine, orange, grapefruit, sweet malt like wheat bread dipped in orange juice, chalky yeast, mango, floral notes, grains, buttery biscuits, peppery spices and orange juice bitterness. The flavor hides the ABV and is well balanced but the feel is flat with little to no carbonation. Another solid collaboration from Sand City, this mash up was easy to drink.
