Pours pitch black color with a 1 finger thick tan foamy head that faded quickly and left basically no lacing. Smells of cocoa powder, dark chocolate, cinnamon, burnt coffee grinds, bread crust, caramel, coffee beans and some mild spices. Flavor was cinnamon heavy, with candied sugar and cocoa powder coming off just as aggressive. Bold coffee, dark chocolate, caramel and more cinnamon made it taste like a churro dunked in a stout with metallic notes and a medium level of bitterness. A bit too strong ABV wise, and I’m not really a fan of churros, but this did resemble a churro and was a decent dessert brew.

The nose is roasted malt with brown sugar, which almost had me thinking marshmallow. It's a dark brown that light doesn't escape from, with a light brown head. The flavor is roasted sweet, similar to a churro. There's a little something like a twang to keep it from being cloying, but it's a tasty beer.

Served in a snifter glass from the can.
Appearance: Semi thick body coming off like a carbonated espresso color with a dark tan head rising just about half one fingers length off the body.
Smell: Cinnamon and coffee bean coming off a bit spicy off the nose.
Taste: Strong cinnamon which feels like a Saigon cinnamon. Pastry like which feels like pancakes fused with coffee and maple syrup to go with.
Mouth: Sticky enough that the finish will overtake anything you finished eating. Sticky as maple syrup sticking to the roof of your mouth.
Overall: Grabbed 3 four packs of this beast of a brew. Strong and super dessert like. Salud!
