Barrel Aged Even Mo' Hygge is the original collaboration with Evil Twin Brewing aged in Willet Distillery bourbon barrels for almost a year. Contains lactose and trace amounts of nuts.

Pours a dark as a black hole with a small tan head that faded on the faster side and left good foamy rings of lacing. The aroma was mostly chocolates like bakers chocolate, soy sauce, molasses, dark chocolate, vanilla, char or burnt wood, caramel, faint bourbon, tin or metallic notes and chocolate syrup. The flavor is pretty much like the nose with the added tastes of tea leaf or piney notes, hazelnut, very faint rye, brownie batter and pure vanilla extract. The potent chocolate and vanilla combo masks the ABV, and while it may be too sweet for indulging more than one, this was a nice slow sipper which was smooth with no boozy alcohol burn.
