When @otherhalfsam and @beerwithflavor asked us to be part of the celebration for the @otherhalfnyc Ten Year Anniversary, we were gracious for the opportunity to celebrate all that Other Half has come to represent.
This Imperial IPA was brewed with Amarillo, Motueka, Mosaic, and Citra hops. Infinitely hazy with orange creamsicle, papaya, and honey notes.

Poured cloudy orange/gold color with a 1-2 finger head that dissipated slowly and left really nice lacing coating the glass. The nose and taste were both very dank and juicy, like it was wet hopped, giving off pineapple, grapefruit, orange juice, tangerine, mango, buttered biscuit and honey. Super hoppy, but the malty backbone was sturdy and gave it great balance. The citrus completely hid the 10% ABV and allowed this to go down smooth. Another great collaboration from these two.
