Poured from a growler.
Aroma show and intial light fresh pale malt that in time shows a little sourness and a touch of wheat.
Dark gold, clear, smallish white head and decent stamina.
Nice pale malt taste, with the honey showing a light sweetness throughout and more boldness at times. Wheat is subtle but consistent. Slightly tart and sour but that adds a easy drinking quality. Must be a little alcoholic, cuz' I feel a warmness in the stomach with it.
Extremely refreshing. Very soft carbonation. Very smooth.
This is really a nice beer. Nice wheat qualities with out wheat dominating. Very well balanced.

The name is a little different, reminds me of graham crackers or something. Served in a 24 oz. tall mug at the brewpub, bright gold in color, a little too cold for my liking. Not much action in the nose, probably due to it's temperature. Taste is low key, but delicious. A strong malt and wheat/grain flavor gives way to a sweet honey finish that is complemented by minimal hops. The info at the bar claims that they use 10x the honey that "a certain wisconsin mass produced honey beer" does, and I believe it. Waseca Honey Wheat is a solid beer that is never cloying.
