Aroma shows a terrific blending of sweet hops and malt. Hops of citrus, pine, hoppy resin and great backing of a peachy malt. Really nice blending.
Cloudy yellow gold. Smallish and fairly persistent head that's partically firm and dense, but also larger bubbles. Lacing.
Flavor is a little less bold than the aroma, but not much less pleasing. Fresh, hoppy resiny (green) with some citrus and more pine. Malt is less.
Nicely soft overall and especially soft carbonation, but feels a little thin overall.
This is a nice solid overall beer. Very drinkable and pleasing. Because it's thin it has a refreshing and easy drinkng qualities. The alcohol level is pretty high, not by flavor, but by effect.

Pured from a growler 15 minutes after it left the tap at the brewpub. Appler cider gold in color, with a lot of haze present. Head doesn't pour very large, after a conservative pour. Smell is full of hop aroma and a strong presence of alcohol, also fruit and floral. Taste sneaks up on you during the sip, then reaches a very high hops bitterness, that mixes with alcohol flavors to leave a tingling sensation wit a slight alcohol burn. Fades into a nice bready maltiness that has slight hops lingering over it. Mouthfeel is slick and satisfying, a beer which i will go through several growlers of, no doubt (it's my birthday in a couple days, and I know where I am spending it...).
