Color is a hazy gold, the haze could be because the beer is served much too cold. Looking like a freak, I warmed the glass with my hands for a couple minutes. Great citrusy, Cascade hop aroma. The first tastes bursts with hop flavor and I was worried it was going to be too hoppy (is that possible?) but after a second the malt balances it out. Finishes clean. Great beer, I bought a growler.

Served in a tall mug, a little too chilled. Copper in color, with a white head. Lightly hopped in scent, smelled a little sweet. Taste wasa very good balance between malt and hops bitterness (that an PA should have). This is a must-have when going to Bandana (plus, it's like $3 for a 25-ish oz. mug).

Something nice about rural areas is that the price of beer can be rather affordable. This was a 16 oz. mug for $1.75. That makes for some really easy drinking.
What also helped is a high quality Am. style pale ale. This was served a little too cold so the aroma was a little dull, but consisted of a light mix of malt and a light flowery hop aroma. It had a thinner head that dropped to a persistent small head. Lighter amber with a gold hue and cloudy. The taste was the strength. Wonderful explosion of hops with a prominent citrus quality that was omnipresent throughout the drink. Also a long hop, but not too dry of a finish. Enough malt support to balance and keep the bitterness from being excessive. Really a hop lovers delight. Good ale smoothness, even with the bitterness. Even some fluffiness noted. Quite nice.
I've mentioned it frequently, that there are a lot of good Am. style pale ales and this is one of them. Maybe I just like this style. Maybe it's easier to make. I don't know, but this will do just fine.
