Copenhagen 26/11 2020. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Black can with white drawings of swallows and a travel gramophone. The name in red letters.
Pours slightly unclear golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with citric fumes. Sweet pale malts. Peach and pineapple. Citrus and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Refreshing and solid session IPA. Pretty middle of the road.

Pours a clear honey color with a gorgeous head which dissipates to a quarter inch of foam with moderate lacing.
The aroma was malty and citrusy.
The taste followed the nose with pine, malt and citrus predominating
Very nice mouthfeel with just the right amount of carbonation.
Overall, a very nice IPA with a fairly low 4.4 % ABV.

330 ml can, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.4%. Pale golden colour, only slightly hazy. Large white head. Strong aroma of tropical fruits, esp. mango and passionfruit. Tropical fruit salad in the flavour too, moderate sweetness, piney bittering hops in the finish.

330ml Can from Co-Op (£1.99):
Weak on the nose, some stone fruits, citrus & a hints of pine but none were overly pronounced on both the nose & taste. It very much seemed like a watered down IPA that was a little thin into the bargain.

Vocation brewery Heart & Soul.
330ml can from Waitrose. Excited to try beer from local brewer (Hebden Bridge)
L3.5 - typical IPA amber.
S4.24 - summer fruits, strong and inviting
T3.75 - fruits are there but lacking something
F3.5 - typical
O3.5 - bog standard IPA really but very drinkable. Would certainly try more from Vocation.

A 330ml can with a BB of Jan 2019. Purchased a little while back from Tesco. Described on the label as a session IPA with a fruity character resulting from the use of US West Coast hops.
A: Poured into an IPA glass. Can-conditioned. A rich, hazy amber hue with intense carbonation and plentiful floating sediment. Produces a massive head of fluffy white foam that lasts for a few minutes before subsiding to a patchy surface layer. Slight lacing.
S: Aroma of incredibly fruity hops with hints of tropical fruit, citrus zest, peel, stone fruit, berries, white grape, ale yeast and subtle grainy malt. Very nice.
T: Tastes of zesty aromatic hops with notes of grapefruit, citrus, peel, tropical fruit, white grape, berries, mild leafiness, ale yeast and pale malt. Pretty dry, followed by a moderate hop-driven bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with spritzy carbonation and decent body for the strength. Somewhat astringent; dries the palate. Aftertaste of fruity aromatic hops, citrus, tropical fruit, white grape, leafiness, ale yeast and subtle malt.
O: Very tasty - a fruity, hoppy brew that packs an aromatic punch. Looks good, while the aroma and flavour are seriously hoppy. Body is alright. Goes down a treat; a refreshing, hoppy session beer. Worth sampling.
