Packed full of citrus aromas and a boatload of hops, this New England pale is dank and juicy with full-on flavours and low bitterness. Simcoe, Galaxy and Mosaic hops pile on the tropical, fruity, flavours with a touch of dank hop aroma from the Columbus.

Copenhagen 27/3 2022. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. White can with drawing of a sail ship in dire waters.
Pours opaque hazy, slightly dirty yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a prominent sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with more subtle notes of citric fruit. Peach and passion fruit. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Not exactly a storm. But a decently bitter NEIPA for sure.

L: Hazy deep orange, pours a half inch bubbly head into a snifter that dissipates fairly quickly
S: Juicy Citrus, Lemon
T: Citrus, malt in the background and a pleasant bitterness.
F: Light carbonation
Very easy to drink, another hit from one of my favourite brewers - £2.60 for a 440ml tallboy from Asda - absolute steal!
