Copenhagen 11/2 2021. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Photo o a somber Hop flower standing in the shadows on the can.

Pours hazy, slightly dirty, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, flimsy, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.

Aroma is fairly intense with a light sweet odor of exotic fruit mingling with citric notes. Mango and papaya. Tangerine Lemon and grapefruit. A touch of mustard.

Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is intense with medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingering. Finish is dry.

Potent and well-balanced. Nice and dry.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.0%. Opaque yellow colour, moderate to small white head. Lovely aroma of mandarin and other citrus fruits, also notes of tropical fruits. Citric flavour, more dry than sweet, notes of tropical fruits again, pine needles and resin in the medium bitter finish.
