Copenhagen 13/2 2021. 44 cl can from Best of Beers Web-shop. Dark can with some wooden texture in silver grey.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small dark beige head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover much of anything. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a very sweet and slightly spicy odor. Some bitter coffee scent underneath. Dark, fermented fruit. Sweetened plums, raisins. Vanilla, brown sugar and dark chocolate. Black coffee. Dark alcohol.
Light carbonation. Thick, viscous, oily, slightly sticky, creamy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a modest bitterness. Aftertaste is sugary sweet. Lingering. Finish is sweet with a boozy streak.
Quite the sweet bomb with a heathy dose of alcohol.
