Chocolate, Mallow & Biscuit Imperial Stout.
Black, light brown foam, average.
Smell: pastry. Marshmallow, sugar, cocoa, biscuit, alcohol. Tiramisù.
Taste: sweet. A lot. Againmarsmallow and cocoa, sugar and alcohol. Some fruity notes (strawberry).
Gosseberry. And again, biscuit.
Pastry? Yes, obviously. Drinbkable? Well, for the style, yes.

Pours a surprisingly fizzy very dark brown liquid, tight head. Smells very caramel, very sweet. Slight hint of chocolate. Tastes is very much the same. Full sweet taste, where my only complaint is that it's too caramel, making it a bit too one dimensional. Feel is slightly too fizzy, but still thick enough. Great dessert beer, does what it says on the tin, more or less.
