Black, with cappuccino colored foam, not bad, some bubbles.
Smell: a lot, but a lot, of toffee, sweet, pudding and caramel.
The taste is surprisingly dry, still again with toffee, burnt caramel, dry plums, dry fruits.
Molasse. Oh, good!
Salty notes, again plums.
But in theens, the relatively dryness is really interesting.
