Reminiscent of some old favourites from the depths of our early BA releases, this intricate, technically complex 8 malt imperial stout has spent 16 months in bourbon barrels.
A rich, decadent & luxurious liquid dessert, permeating aromas of toasted coconut & foam bananas, rolling into layers of caramel and burnt toffee thanks to additions of muscovado sugar and an extended 6 hour boil.

Very dark brown, small tan bubbles remain for a long time. Smell is rich and sweet banana with a dash of bourbon. Taste is the same, so much banana. Trop de bananes, ça devient écoeurant. Feel is smooth, sweet almost sickening. Too much banana. Well I didn't pay for it so no loss.
