Copenhagen 20/2 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Can made out to look like the Champagne Veuve Clicquot. Tres Chic.
Pours opaque unclear yellow with a huge, bubbly white head. Settles as thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet and fruity odor soon overpowered by a stronger citrus scent. Sweet peach and pineapple. Citrus and sour currants.
Strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is tart. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Lively and tart take on a Brut Pale Ale.
