Copenhagen 4/2 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Light blue can with the name of the beer with a pink Halo.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a paper thin patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a light sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits soon overpowered by a strong citric, tart bitter scent. Sweet peach. Grapefruit and lemon. Citrus. Sharp.
Light carbonation- Medium thick, oily , soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. A little bit searing. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Refreshing and tart.
