Famous wrestler Big Daddy hails from the town and found fame wrestling in Alexandra Hall, across from our very own Vocation & Co. Our Halifax special is as big as the local legend it's based on and sure to leave you in a hoppy headlock!

Copenhagen 29/12 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. City scape of Halifax drawn in a slightly nativistic style on the can.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin, fine layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruit mingling with sweet oranges. Sour citric notes. Peach and mango. Blood orange. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is tart and bitter with a sweet undertone of oranges. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Smooth and zesty Indian Pale Ale.
