I wasn't expecting anything special with this one but it's actually pretty good. It's bold with a big malt base bringing toffee, a bit of sweetness, not much and a good body. The hops are aggressive with citrus, some peppery notes, lot of pine needles and a bit of grass. It's quite young and it's good that way. A barrel aging could be miraculous on this one. Once again a great beer brewed in Haute Savoie!
