From notes
Pint consumed at the brewery for $5. This is a single hop (Chinook), single malt (Maris Otter) pale ale. According to one of the owners, this will be part of an ongoing series of single hop and single malt beers. I think this was the first, as they haven't been open too long, but I could be wrong.
This had a citrusy, grapefruity nose.
Fairly hoppy tasting, with a crisp finish, and a little bit of a lemony aftertaste.
Fairly crisp mouthfeel, with a body somewhere between light and medium.
A refreshing pale ale, it's crispness offsets its hoppy character enough that hop heads and those looking for a session beer should both enjoy this.
