draught
Light amount of white head. Faint, caramel and medium toasted malt aroma, with the slightest touch of woodiness. Watery, slightly sour, medium toast caramelized malt flavor that quickly fades, for the taste.

a tasty blonde ale here, with lots of the honey coming through the lighter malt base, they really left a lot of room for it, and it flavors this beer quite a lot. it looks about like honey in the glass too, between golden and brass, with a short white head on top and nice clarity. aroma is floral to me, maybe a clover or an alfalfa honey used in it, i dont get much citrus or anything from it, and somewhat less herbal than others i have had, but its obvious and appealing here. there is a little sweetness left in the beer when i taste it which is fine in one of these, the rest of it is light enough that it doesnt get heavy or anything, and the fermentation profile is pretty minimal on it, so that the honey extends it a little bit is just fine. a bit less carbonation than i want on it, its not quite as lively and springy as the flavors are. its simple beer, obviously brewed for the summer, drinkable and balanced, straightforward with the honey up front. i liked their space here, and i liked the beers i had, cool little operation here!
