I'm trying this beer at the brewery whilst in the Sault for my son's hockey tournament. It poured a clear golden with thin white head that is not leaving much lace. The scent was non-descript. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bitter hop that had ripe fruit flare. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a decent beer.

Purchased a growler for nearly $15.00! Mighty steep
A- Poured clear light gold colour. Filtered clear
S- Mild hops.
T- Soft all around. Just a basic beer without much merit. Not bad but not good.
M- Similar to a Bud or Canadian
O- Not bad brew but mild, muted and subdued. Looking forward to the brewery developing
Food Pairing
This ok brew went well with..... Pretzels and other snacks. Something salty just to get this one down.
Enjoy

Creamy and smooth, with plenty of malty cereal flavours. The hops take a back-row seat in this extra-pale ale. The yeast has a way with the wort that leaves subtle hints of peach, raspberry, and coconut. Benefits from cellar-conditioning. Leave some in your basement for 2 months!
