Not at all what I expected - a lot mor depth of flavor for a "lighter" looking beer!

Had this on tap - pours an orange color with a 1" head that slowly fell to a spotty surface covering. Nice citrus and floral hops are detectable by the nose. Caramel, orange, some grapefruit, and some floral and earthy hop bitterness created a well balanced beer. Very crisp throughout and defintely refreshing. Super easy to drink this beer, and a few could be had in a session.

- German style lager. Brewers Reserve bomber purchased at brewery consumed in a spiegelau ipa glass.

(3.90) A: Two inch stone white capping sits steadily above a light muted orange body with a glass consuming explosive nature of macro-effervesce. Light hazing, soapy patching for lace, sparse in coverage.

(3.65) S: Aroma was fresh and wet hop flowers with a malt sweetness. Light wet lemon, grapefruit and orange. Nice balance of west coast ipa and flowery nobel hop flowers.

(3.90) T: Malty body, flowery bite of noble hop flowers, lightly dry, blending beautifully with a soft complimentary hint of lemon-citrus. Dry orange herbal notes, stalky grape stems appear mid-palate. Finishes with a malty dry orange sweetness with a kiss of citrus. Solid level of hopping.

(4.10) M: Strong snap and bite, very crisp and lager like with a medium body.

(3.95) O: a very good blend and balance of noble hops and citrus hops. Strong crispness, very good drinkability, a disorder of identity that results in a perfect balance and harmony of hoppiness.
