This is brewed specifically for Old Bay Restaurant in New Brunswick, NJ
Fits along the lines of a typical amber but with a nice bite of malts and hops for character.
A: Hold your breath here.... amber. Half inch head from the pint glass. fair.
S: Nice biscuity malts and a little extra over what you would get from a run of the mill amber. Enticing.
T: Nice warming hops here and a good satisfaction of flavor. Would have preferred a little bit of a less rich malt flavor but it seems to have the characteristics of an october seasonal.
M: A little dry in the palate and probably the weakest part of this beer.
D: Does not advertise the ABV but tastes considerably low. However, with Stoudt's other offerings, wouldnt be surprised if there was a liittle hidden under this one.
