A-Deep copper with a thin tan head that leads to nice lacing.
S-Light citrusy hops, evident dry-hopping. Some sweet caramel malt too.
T-Malty sweet followed by a wave of citrusy hops. Really tasty...like a hopped up version of Smooth Hoperator.
M-Medium haevy and very smooth.
D-Exceptionally quaffable. Really easy drinking and a total treat to snag a pint of this one.

On tap at Capone's. I added this beer from info right off the tag on the keg. Served into a pint glass.
Smell, faint yet forthright citrus hops. Some caramel and very light hints of smoke.
Taste, Yum. The sweetness of the malts really stand out here. They carry a peat taste over the palate, followed closely by a great citrus hop hit. More leaning towards the malts as a whole, but the hops are repping big time.
Overall, a really quaffable beer considering its 7.2 percent. And a new beer from Stoudt's is always welcome considering I've had all of their house beers many times.
