This tart, peachy Berliner Weiss is perfect for those hot summer days. Kettle soured and aged on peaches, this tart German-style wheat ale is delicately crisp and remarkably refreshing.

Light golden color with a little haze, and a head that disappears quickly to nothing. Aroma is dominated by sweet creamy peach/peach ring candy and lactic sourness. The taste is moderately tart with a lot of the peach. This one is dry and refreshing. Very good if you like the peach flavor.

On tap in a pint glass. This beer is peach infused.
L---Moderate haziness. Bright, golden color. Perfect two finger white head with some retention, but no real lacing.
S---Peach aromas are dominant. There are traces of the sourness that let's you know what style it is.
T---Sourness is clearly apparent, as are the peaches. Has a sweet/sour taste that's nicely balanced.
F---There's a noticeable pucker to it. Mostly smooth & quenching.
O---A fine beer from a fine brewery. I'd definitely get this one again.
