2nd beer at the 13 August 2010 Friday the Firkinteenth at the Grey Lodge Public House in Philadelphia.
A. Pours a hazy amber with little head.
S. Bananas with some caramel sweet malt.
T. Low level of bitterness upfront. Alcohol burn comes through on the swallow - a bit hot.
M. Medium body with a low level of carbonation (expected from a firkin).
D. I wish this tasted more like it smelled. There was a lot going on that didn't quite jive.
