On cask at brewery, served in a 12 oz snifter at somewhere between cellar and room temp
$ 5.00/12 oz glass ($ 0.417/oz)
Aroma of oak and coconut, lasts
Head small (< two cm, bartender controlled), light brown, frothy, diminishing to two mm frothy ring and partial layer
Lacing fair – partial frothy curtains
Body very deep garnet, opaque
Flavor oak and coconut covers the roast malt, alcohol comes through; no hops, no diacetyl
Palate medium, creamy, soft carbonation
Appearance 4.25, Aroma 4.5, Flavor 4.5, Palate 4.5, Overall 4.5

Had this out of a Firkin at Newberry's Yard of Ale in Stroudtsburg, PA.
Ap: Dark brown almost black. Only a very thin ring of tan head
Ar: Lots of coconut, vanilla and some roasted malts.
T: Roasted malts up front. Tons of coconut mid way through with some vanilla. I really like the blend of flavors here.
M: Creamy and smooth with almost zero carb.
Overall: Great, unique brew from Stoudt's would love to get stuff from them like this in Erie, PA.
