a 750ml bomber purchased earlier this week at the brewery

A- a hazy (bottle conditioned) copper with a fluffy off white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Nice lacing.

S- A nice balance of piney, citric and floral hops, with a light malty backbone that has a heavy hint of candy like sweetness.

T- Follows the smell nicely. Hops are fairly bitter, but not crushing. You can pick out a lot in the hop profile, Grapefruit, a hint of orange, a bit of pine, some floral characteristics. Malt is fairly light, but that bit of candy sweetness and a hint of caramel sets it apart.

M- medium bodied, light side of medium actually. Dry, but not over the top.

O- quite good. In my head this is the love child of Bell's Two Hearted and Sly Fox Route 113.

This is the second in the single hopped IPA series from Stouts, this one features Bravo hops.

A: A nice light copper color, with a white head, and a little bit of wispy lacing.

S: Smell is piney, with undertones of citrus, with caramel malt present as well.

T: This beer is balanced for sure, tastes is similar to the smell with pine and citrus flavors with a candy-like sweetness and malty, not overly bitter. I'm really enjoying this one as I really enjoy well balanced IPAs, there is definitely a nice ratio of hop and malt flavor in this beer.

F: Creamy and smooth going down, not very dry in the end. The taste lingers around the mouth awhile.

O: This is my first beer from this brewery and I came away impressed, and I'll be trying more of their brews soon. This one might not be for those looking for a hop bomb, but if you like more balanced IPAs if you see this one give it a try.
