L- Straw, quite cloudy, some initial white foam recedes (cld be hotel/dishwasher glass = gas-killer)
S- Light, dry, an organic note.
T- It has an almost grainy 'weizen' aspect to it. Mostly to the dryer side, some subtle Belgian yeast notes (or similar) part-hidden in there. Bright and hoppy with complex yet subtle hops. It's a very good tasting beer.
F- C02 might be clobbered by the glass but it's very good and balanced in the mouth. Bright, yeast notes, and plenty of complexity of feel to keep it both different and interesting. Lovely and refreshing which works well as the RealFeel here today was 39C.
O- The beer was let down by an over-washed hotel glass that killed the visible CO2 impacting the Look. Sadly I've had to rate it as I found it. Otherwise the dissolved CO2 seems fine. A nice interesting/different beer and ideal for a hot day. Impressive also considering it's a modest 4% ABV.
330ml bottle, S$7.20, bought from Isetan, 350 Orchard Rd, Singapore . Lable indicates it has a gong/medal: 'World Beer Awards/Gold 2022 - Style Winner 'Worlds Best'. BB 04/2024.
