Pours a crystal clear copper orange with a thick off-white head that is slow to fade. Smell is cracker, sweet malts, grass, honey. Taste follows with sweet malt flavor, a little bit of hop bitterness, cracker, and a hint of honey towards the finish. Medium-light body. Fairly nice maibock and a nice yearly staple for Spring.
