Phoenix Rising is our juicy IPA brewed with Citra, Mosaic and Sabro hops. The beer has a strong fruit flavor with notes of tangerine. The Phoenix Rising is also brewed with lactose giving the beer a nice and smooth mouthfeel to compliment the hops. The beer is double dry hopped to give the IPA a nice bitterness that helps balance out the juiciness of the beer. The Phoenix Rising is a great sessionable Hazy IPA that you can enjoy no matter the occasion.

Filled growler from the brewery.
Everything in this DIPA seems off. Yeast and malts don't jive with the hops and while it is bitter it is not too bitter in the category (only 80 ibu). The beer was crystal clear and bubbly days layer but overall, Spartan just didn't work for me at all...
I really have not been able to find anything from this brewery worth the trip over.
