Our Falls Ridge is a Vienna-Style Lager that pours a brilliantly clear reddish brown. This lager has a wonderful malt aroma with a slight toasted and bready character. In addition, there are subtle hints of Noble hops. While this is a malt forward beer, the overall impression is balanced by a crisp hop bitterness that does not linger on the palate. This produces a beer that is perfectly balanced, soft, elegant and exceptionally complex.

Taster flight at brewery. Light amber pour, patchy off-white head. Mild malty aroma, light sweetness. Taste is malty and sweet, a bit thin. Overall it's decent
