Visited on a Monday evening. Situated in a mixed use office park. A good crowd but plenty of seating available both inside and out.
Clean, bright tap room with a big window wall looking into the brewery. Tables, high tops and bar seating. Some to go coolers.
Never been a big fan of their more common beers that you can find in a can on the store shelves but their taproom only beers are better. Their darker heavier beers were all out during my visit. They, like most breweries these days unfortunately, are heavily focused on IPAs, but there is some variety.
Service was fine. It’s the small things - when I started a tab they ran my card and gave it back to me - too many places still hold onto the card, which is irritating.

The place is big enough to accommodate a lot of people. My server was very good. The beer selection covers a wide spectrum to keep everyone happy. Highly recommended!

I've been here two times and had mostly good experiences. I would suggest against going on Thursdays for Trivia night unless you are okay with not being able to hear your friends, or the trivia questions. My other visit was great.
Big tap room with a decent sized bar area along with quite a few tables to sit at. There are some tables to sit at outside when the weather is nicer. A food truck was out front both times I visited.
They have a good tap list, about 14 beers when I last visited and have a good number of styles represented. The servers were friendly and answered questions about the ingredients and flavors of the beer and provide samples. The beers I've had were good and Fairs Winds doesn't focus on one specific style like some breweries do. They have some cans to go and growlers as well.

The space has been converted nicely to have several seating areas, and really shines when they can open the garage doors for "patio" sitting and lawn games. The parking can be really tough given they're in a little industrial center, and food trucks are a little hit or more in terms of attendance. The beer selection is great and their breadth continues to expand. A place to watch in the years to come.

I followed this brewery from before it started construction and they seemed to be thinking big from the get go. The area is rather sterile warehouse-chic. There were a fair amount of families when I was here on a weekend. Revisit occurred April, 2017.
The brewery is a nice, large, open area with the bar occupying one corner of the "drinking area". On revisit, he large open area is now occupied by "community tables" where patrons can grab a stool and set up shop. There is also a small picnic table area outside that is open in warmer months. A food truck can set up shop near this area.
The beers are decent, but I think they have room to grow here. There's little to criticize, but also not much to laud. As of this visit, they had 5 beers on tap, at least 3 of which (could be all 5) I think they plan on as regulars or even flagships. I can only assume, with 10x2 taps (2x2 nitro) that they'll have about 8-10+ beers available eventually (hence foreseen re-review, looking at selection rating).
Update: the tap list On revisit had 10 beers listed and the board had space for 12. The beers I think have improved slightly, sticking with solid, enjoyable beers that will likely appeal to most customers across the board.
The service was quick on a busy but not overwhelming day. One of the owners was seen milling about, talking with customers. On revisit, the service was once again quite nice. There seemed to be enough helpful staff around ensuring everyone was being helped and enjoying their visit.
The brewery is open 7 days a week, apparently, and has weekly events (trivia, firkins) as well as occasional live music. I have not been to any yet, but maybe soon.

Fair Winds opened up on 3/04/15. They have a very nice taproom. For the first weekend they only had 4 beers available, but they were all nice selections.
