On tap in a snifter. Pours a solid motor-oil black with a half finger mocha head (more than I anticipated). Nose is roasted coffee and dark chocolate. Palate is bitter and roasty, with a coffee predominance that does not overpower. Had no idea Dallas beer had changed so much these past few years. Very solid.
