This beer is a Kolsch, and it tastes like a Kolsch should taste. This makes me very happy because some Kolsch I meet don't seem genuine. I see that the taproom here is very cool. I like my taprooms very cool because I don't like to sweat things. In that respect, I am getting what I want, and that makes me happy. I also notice this pale yellow kolsch I am drinking is clear all the way through. I like transparency. Soon I notice this Kolsch that I am drinking tastes of lemon, grass, yeast, grain and light fruits. I seem to be caught up in the moment, but I promptly realize this is the way I like my Kolsch to taste. Simple, delicious and without flair. I feel as one with my Kolsch. I also like my Kolsch to be served in a big glass. In that respect, I also get what I want. As I spend more time with my Kolsch I notice that it tastes quite good, and it is a welcoming Kolsch. I attribute these affable qualities to the fruity notes of which pear, white grape and green apple in no way play a small part. I also find that this Kolsch is quite light and smooth; factors which endear me to it's charms even more. Soon I will have to leave this Kolsch and move on to other tasty vices of persuasion of differing varieties. But I will always remember our perfect time together, and will seek this Kolsch out when I am back in town.
