Can't believe I'm the first on this... BBD of 12/03/16
Pours a lightly hazed & effervescent hazel color with a sliver of fast falling tan head. Minimal head retention & lacing
S: Raisins, figs, leafy hops, taffy & green banana as this warms
T: Oaky tannins, a little smoke, some taffy, pear, cherries & raisin up front. Faint raspberry & woodiness as this warms, a little more smokeyness/peatyness as well along with leafy hops, plus green banana. Finishes with taffy & green banana, plus a little dryness
MF: Light/medium body, slight carbonation
A pretty good example of the style with a twist, I bet this would age well. Drinks fairly easy now
